Preparation will be charged at £5 per hour (charged from when key is received) – Hall can be booked for preparation from up to three hours before the event.
Wedding Receptions
£250 plus £120 deposit
£300 plus £150 deposit
The hall may be hired the day before for preparation at £50 per day (9am-9pm) or £6 per hour (charged from when key is received) for the evening before. (These charges include extended time on Sunday to clear away.)
Polling Stations
£200.00 per day
Disco (villagers only) to be finished by 11.30pm
Period lettings for brownies – £200.00 per week or £40.00 per day – Minimum 3 days
A deposit is required when a booking is made £50.00 for villagers ( £100 + price of hall for non-villagers ).
Performing Rights Fee charged if music or entertainment is played/performed – £12.00
Caretaker charge for events where food is served – £12.00
Licence charge for events where alcohol is sold – £25.00
At the discretion of the Management Committee the following items can be hired:
Glassware – £10.00
Crockery – £10.00
Cutlery – £5.00
Please inform secretary if you wish to hire these items.
There are a certain amount of cups/saucers/teaspoons for general use.
Current Equipment Hiring Rates
Stage Lighting – £3.00 per hour (Arts Productions only) – (LCD Projector – £30.00 Large Screen – £10.00)
Microphone – No charge
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST VILLAGE HALL PROPERTY BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION FROM THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.
